Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you type into an enquiry. That is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, including the country code
- Whatever you write in the message box
If you message us through the WhatsApp button instead, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy terms, not ours.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, to check availability for your date, and to send you a price. That is all. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
Enquiries are delivered to our sales inbox by an email service acting on our behalf. They handle the message only to deliver it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your booking and to keep proper business records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Tracking
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third party tracker on this website. Nobody is building a profile of you here. See the Cookie Policy for the small amount of storage the site does use.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details above and we will deal with it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
